For passionate DH riders, the bike parks in Les Gets, Portes du Soleil, Pila and Les 2 Alpes are worth the detour. Professional riders make a point of challenging themselves in this naturally sculpted playground. The Chamonix valley and the Valais region of Switzerland, are still relatively unknown by the big names of the mountain biking community, but their steep freeride lines are only waiting to be tackled.
