Peakpowder is a member of the APRIAM, an organization supported by the French National Guide Syndicate (SNGM).  This membership gives us the right to create and market all-inclusive tourism packages. As a member, Peakpowder is obliged to provide its clients with a copy of the legal decree 94-490, part of article 31 of the French law No. 92-645 passed in 13/07/1992.  This legal decree is related to defining the terms and conditions of organizing and selling travel packages.  The legal decree has not been translated into English, as it specifically pertains to French law.  You will find the legal decree in the French version of the web site.  Should you have specifc enquiries, please contact us.
