Born in the Canadian North, she lands in the infamous Chamonix valley over 10 years ago, excited to pursue her passion for skiing and the mountains. Introduced to the world of travel at a very young age, she continues to nurture her enthusiasm and love for adventure and discovery. Few are the mountainous regions of the world that have not seen her. As an amateur mountaineer and skier, she continues to explore the peaks of the world. She joins Fred Bernard on an Everest expedition in 2005, making an attempt to climb the North face and summit without oxygen or Sherpa assistance. Poor weather conditions hinder three attempts to summit. Her professional career in the Outdoor, Travel and Service industry has given her the skills needed to handle almost any situation, and most of all, to listen to what you, as clients have to say!
Particularity: speaks four languages fluently (English, French, German and Spanish), has both French and Canadian nationalities, certified French ski patroller (BNPS) and always has her eyes wide open, afraid that she will miss out on something!

Both a IFMGA high mountain guide and certified French ski instructor, Fred was born in the mountainous region of the Grande Chartreuse in France. His alpine skiing career introduces him to the “steeps” at a young age. His interest and passion for the sport push him to become a mogul-freestyle ski coach, and he participates in the physical and mental training of the French national mogul ski team for the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.
His gaze is always focused upwards, towards the peaks surrounding him, in search of the perfect ski line. This obsession for high peaks and high altitude makes him spend much of his time exploring higher altitudes, and it culmitates in 2005, with his attempt to ski the North face of Everest, with no Sherpa assistance and no oxygen. Poor weather conditions hinder three attempts to summit.
Fred has nearly twenty years of experience on the slopes of Europe’s mountain ranges, not to mention those of Iceland, Peru, Nepal, China, Canada and New Zealand. As a moutain guide, Fred has worked on a numerous films (Warren Miller Extreme Ski, Salomon Sports Soul Flyers, Eurosport, “La fonte des neiges”, TV8 Mont Blanc) and various photo shoots (Aigle, Lafuma, Rolex and Hermès ads). The diversity of his experiences and his passion for the mountains are a great asset to our camps, workshops and clinics. After spending 6 years as part of a guide bureau that pioneered in the development of steep skiing, he resigned as its President. He took a step back to reconsider a new way of approaching guide instruction in the mountains. It is from here that the spirit of Peakpowder is born!
Particularity: loves everything that moves fast and is always looking for the most beautiful ski lines, wherever they may be!
