BBBB...BIG Mountain, with a capital B. Here are a couple of clues to guessing what big mountain we are talking about...it rises to 5960m, it is the 2nd highest summit in North America, it is the largest mountain on earth in its base circumference, and it is the second coldest zone on the planet, neck and neck with the South Pole...well?...guesses? Mount Logan is the surprise summit we have been talking about. May/June 2009 is the time frame, so get your bodies ready for the challenge of this expedition. Peakpowder is heading off to climb to its summit - a place on earth that is rather quiet, chilled and not over-run. Keep yourselves posted on the Peakpowder website for more specific details on the dates and specific itinerary. A wee reminder: the Peakpowder office will be closing down for 2 weeks while we head out on a much needed family vacation. If you have messages to send out to our bear and/or whale friends on the other side of the Atlantic, get them to us soon and we will personally deliver them...stay tuned for more action.
